Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the VoxioAI website or services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VoxioAI's website, demo tools, or any other services we offer ("Services"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

VoxioAI provides AI-powered voice agent solutions including inbound call handling, outbound lead follow-up, appointment booking, and customer support automation. We offer:

• Custom voice agent development and deployment
• Real-time voice AI via telephone integration
• A demo call service allowing prospective clients to experience our technology
• Ongoing management and optimisation of deployed agents

3. Demo Calls

Our demo call service allows you to receive an AI-generated phone call to experience our voice agent technology. By requesting a demo call you agree that:

• You are the registered owner or authorised user of the phone number provided
• You consent to receiving an automated voice call from VoxioAI
• One demo call is permitted per phone number within any 15-minute window
• Standard carrier rates may apply on your end

4. Client Engagements

Paid engagements for custom voice agent development are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed between VoxioAI and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as set out in the applicable pricing page or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Setup fees are due upon signing of the Service Agreement
• Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Harass, deceive, or defraud any individual
• Place calls to individuals who have opted out or are on Do-Not-Call registries
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our technology without written permission
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials on the VoxioAI website and platform — including but not limited to software, voice models, agent configurations, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to VoxioAI. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use VoxioAI's name, logos, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VoxioAI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxioAI's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to VoxioAI in the three months preceding the claim. In no event shall VoxioAI be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
